Download the base rom (in this case its pokemon ruby): 4. Download LIPS (this lets you patch ruby and light platinum): 5. Open up LIPS and itll ask you for an IPS file, click on light platinum, then itll ask for a rom click on the ruby rom, and waaalllaaah! Now just go and open up VBA and from there open the RUBY rom and you will be playing light platinum!:D just be sure to rename it;) first part of my lp: fan page.
