Gunstar Heroes Treasure Box (J) this one doesn't require any patching.
It supports 240p natively (as well as 480i and 480p). The other low res Sega Ages 2500 titles from Vol. 20 onwards all support native 240p as well. 20 Space Harrier II Collection Vol. 21 SDI & Quartet Vol.
25 Gunstar Treasure Box (as mentioned above) Vol. 29 Monsterworld Collection Vol. 30 Galaxy Force II Vol. 32 Phantasy Star Complete Collection Vol. 33 Fantasy Zone Complete Collection And probably this one as well, although I haven't tried it on Vol.

And there are quite some PS2 games that can be patched to 240p: Capcom Classics Collection Vol. 2 (U) This sadly doesn't look very good patched to 240p, it's impossible to get 1:1 scaling. And half the games you posted aren't low-res to begin with. Odin Sphere, for example, has 640x480 visuals, halving that to 240p should be a crime. Yeah, I don't think those 240p patched games look correct.
It's just resampling iirc. (Scaling) I'm more interested in a definitive list of 240p games that do it out of the box, correctly.
